How to install LethalCue
Use this guide to test the LethalCue HDT real-time prototype. The current recommended package is v0.2.21. It reads public state exposed by Hearthstone Deck Tracker only, with no hidden information, no Hearthstone memory reads, and no play automation.
Download v0.2.21
Download `lethalcue-hdt-prototype-v0.2.21.zip` and confirm it contains `LethalCue.Core.dll` and `LethalCue.HdtPlugin.dll`.
Copy plugin files
Place both DLLs in `%APPDATA%\HearthstoneDeckTracker\Plugins\LethalCue`. Create the `LethalCue` folder if it does not exist.
Restart and enable
Fully quit HDT, including the tray icon. Restart it, open Options > Tracker > Plugins, confirm `LethalCue 0.2.21`, and enable it.
How to validate in game
- Do not launch Hearthstone from HDT. Open Battle.net and Hearthstone manually.
- Enter a practice or casual game and wait until the opening animation finishes.
- The LethalCue panel should appear near the upper middle area with `No lethal`, `Waiting for target`, or `Lethal available`.
- The default scenario is `Standard Ladder`, which allows `Review` and `Alert` only. Switch to `Casual Practice` from the LethalCue menu if you want route coaching.
- The plugin button cycles the modes allowed by the current scenario. `Tournament Safe` locks to `Review` with no red frame and no route guidance.
- After a match, open `Show review summary` from the LethalCue menu to inspect recorded visible lethal chances, earliest chance, largest visible damage, and likely missed factors, or use `Export review summary` to write a text file.
- If the panel appears but values are wrong, send `%APPDATA%\HearthstoneDeckTracker\Logs\lethalcue_debug.txt`.
- If the plugin affects startup, rename `Plugins\LethalCue` to `LethalCue.disabled` and restart HDT.
