Test feedback

How to report an HDT plugin issue

If the LethalCue panel does not appear, damage looks wrong, or a direct-damage card is not recognized, use this checklist. v0.2.21 records your own hand card IDs and costs in the diagnostic log so missing rules can be fixed quickly.

01

Confirm the version

Open HDT Options > Tracker > Plugins and confirm it shows `LethalCue 0.2.21`. If not, download the current ZIP and overwrite both DLLs.

02

Capture the board

Take a screenshot showing your hand, enemy health and armor, your board, and the LethalCue panel. A panel-only screenshot is usually not enough.

03

Copy the diagnostic log

Open `%APPDATA%\HearthstoneDeckTracker\Logs\lethalcue_debug.txt`. You can also run `collect-feedback-bundle.ps1` from the ZIP to package the log automatically.

04

State the expected result

Write whether you expected lethal or no lethal, the damage you counted manually, and what the plugin displayed.

Important log fields

Package feedback in one step

  1. After unzipping v0.2.21, right-click `collect-feedback-bundle.ps1`.
  2. Select Run with PowerShell.
  3. The script creates `LethalCue-feedback-timestamp.zip` in the same folder.
  4. Send that ZIP with the board screenshot.

Temporarily disable the plugin

  1. Fully quit HDT, including the tray icon.
  2. Open `%APPDATA%\HearthstoneDeckTracker\Plugins`.
  3. Rename the `LethalCue` folder to `LethalCue.disabled`.
  4. Restart HDT. To restore it, rename the folder back to `LethalCue`.
